Transport for NSW Talent Programs provide opportunities for motivated Graduates, Cadets and Scholars with a range of different disciplines in both Engineering and Business to work across some of NSW's leading public transport agencies.
Road Designer in Training
The Road Designer in Training program is available to people looking for a career in designing roads while at the same time studying towards a Civil Engineering degree. Trainees will be working on challenging road and infrastructure projects in NSW.
Electrical Designer in Training
The Electrical Designer in Training program is available to people looking for a career in preparing Electrical Designs for Traffic signals and Lighting projects while at the same time studying towards an Electrical Engineering degree. Trainees will be working on challenging road and infrastructure projects in NSW.
Traffic Engineering Officer in Training
The Traffic Engineering Officer in Training program is available to people looking for a career in the development of traffic engineering solutions for road infrastructure projects while at the same time studying towards an Associate Degree in Engineering(Civil). Trainees will be working on challenging road and infrastructure projects in NSW
Laboratory Officer in Training
The Laboratory Officer in Training program is an important two year program that seeks to provide training and employment pathways for young talent in the pavements and geotechnical field. The Laboratory Officer in Training program is available to candidates interested in a career as a Laboratory Technician in the road construction industry while simultaneously completing an online Certificate IV in Laboratory Testing.
Aboriginal Civil Construction Training
ACCT program is a two year program that seeks to provide training and employment pathways for young Aboriginal talent in civil construction. This training program is available to aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander identified candidates interested in building a career in Civil Engineering industry while simultaneously completing an online Certificate IV in Civil Construction Design.
